History of Spectrum A.K.

Spectrum Applied Kinesiology has been providing exceptional chiropractic and rehabilitative care to the Sacramento area for over 15 years. We are leaders in healing the body from many illnesses and allergies, as well as rehabilitating those who have had traumatic injuries.

Spectrum Applied Kinesiology is a premiere alternative health care center offering chiropractic, chiropractic neurology, applied kinesiology, therapeutic massage and general wellness care.

The doctors at Spectrum Applied Kinesiology are committed to providing the highest level of alternative health care utilizing Applied Kinesiology to help their patients achieve optimum health. Our practice specializes in treating a variety of conditions, from chronic low back pain to rehabilitation following an injury or accident, as well as care for your entire family.

Doctors of Chiropractic are required to attend 12 mandatory hours a year of continuing education. The doctors at Spectrum Applied Kinesiology strive to remain on the cutting edge, regularly attending continuing education programs in excess of the mandated requirement.

Applied kinesiology uses the concept that a person's health can be described by the balance of three major health categories - chemical factors, mental factors and structural factors. This is called the Triad of Health.

The Triad is represented by an equilateral triangle with structural factors as its base, and chemical factors and mental factors as the upright sides. When a person experiences poor health, it is due to an imbalance in one or more of these three factors.
